Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DOG EXPERT LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter, the Company, we, us), processes personal data when a user (hereinafter, the User, you) uses the Dog Trainer mobile application, the website https://antuanapp.com, and related services (hereinafter, the Application).

The Company processes personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, including the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Protection of Personal Data" (HO-49-N, adopted on 18 May 2015), and other applicable Armenian laws.

By using the Application, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, contacting us, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Application.

1. Data controller and contact DOG EXPERT LLC is the controller of personal data processed through the Application, except where a third party acts as an independent controller under its own policy.

2. Personal data we may process Depending on how you use the Application, we may process the following categories of data: 2.1. Account data: name, email address, phone number, password or authentication data, selected language, profile settings, subscription status and account identifiers. 2.2. Pet data: pet name, age, breed, behavior notes, reminders, training progress and other information you choose to add about your pet. 2.3. Content and communication data: messages, support requests, feedback, answers to quizzes, selected lessons, preferences and other information submitted through the Application. 2.4. Payment and subscription data: product purchased, subscription status, transaction identifiers and payment confirmation received from Apple App Store, Google Play or payment providers. We do not receive full bank card numbers from app stores. 2.5. Device and technical data: device model, operating system, application version, IP address, approximate country or region, device identifiers, crash reports, diagnostic data, logs and network information. 2.6. Notification data: push notification token, notification settings and delivery status. 2.7. Usage data: screens visited, features used, lesson progress, audio or video playback events, quiz results and other analytics needed to improve the Application.

3. Purposes of processing We process personal data for the following purposes: 3.1. To create, maintain and protect your account. 3.2. To provide access to the Application, lessons, audio, video, reminders, articles, quizzes, subscriptions and other features. 3.3. To personalize content, language, training recommendations and user experience. 3.4. To process subscriptions, verify purchases and manage free or premium access. 3.5. To send service messages, security notifications, reminders, news and updates related to the Application. 3.6. To provide customer support and respond to requests. 3.7. To improve the Application, fix errors, analyze performance and develop new features. 3.8. To prevent fraud, unauthorized access, abuse, spam and other unlawful activity. 3.9. To comply with Armenian law, lawful requests of competent authorities and our legal obligations. 3.10. To protect the rights, property and legitimate interests of the Company, Users and third parties.

4. Legal basis for processing We process personal data where at least one of the following grounds applies: 4.1. Your consent, including consent given through the Application settings, registration, forms or device permissions. 4.2. Performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. 4.3. Compliance with a legal obligation under the laws of the Republic of Armenia. 4.4. The legitimate interests of the Company, provided that such interests do not override your rights and freedoms. 4.5. Other grounds permitted by applicable Armenian law.

5. Device permissions Some features may request access to device permissions, such as notifications, media, camera, microphone or storage. The exact permissions depend on your device, operating system and the features you choose to use. You can manage permissions in your device settings. If you disable permissions, some features may not work correctly.

6. Push notifications We may send push notifications about reminders, lessons, news, account activity, subscription status and other Application-related information. You may disable push notifications in your device settings or inside the Application where available.

7. Children The Application is intended for users who may lawfully use digital services under applicable law. If the Application is used by a minor, consent or supervision of a parent or legal representative may be required. We do not knowingly request more personal data from minors than is necessary to provide the Application.

8. Sharing personal data We may share personal data only where necessary and lawful, including with: 8.1. Hosting, cloud, database, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, notification and technical service providers. 8.2. Apple App Store, Google Play and payment providers for subscription and purchase verification. 8.3. Professional advisers, auditors and legal consultants. 8.4. Competent state authorities, courts or law enforcement bodies where required by Armenian law. 8.5. Successors or assignees in case of reorganization, merger, sale of business or transfer of rights to the Application, provided that appropriate data protection safeguards are maintained.

9. International transfers Some service providers may process data outside the Republic of Armenia. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure that such transfer is lawful and that the data receives an appropriate level of protection in accordance with Armenian data protection requirements.

10. Retention We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including account maintenance, service provision, legal compliance, dispute resolution, accounting, fraud prevention and protection of rights.

When the data is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it or securely restrict access to it, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by Armenian law.

11. Security We use organizational and technical measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No digital service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to maintain reasonable protection appropriate to the nature of the data and the risks involved.

12. Your rights Subject to Armenian law, you may have the right to: 12.1. Receive information about the processing of your personal data. 12.2. Access your personal data. 12.3. Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. 12.4. Request blocking, deletion or destruction of personal data where processing is unlawful or no longer necessary. 12.5. Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 12.6. Object to certain processing where permitted by law. 12.7. Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia or another competent authority.

13. Third-party links and services The Application may contain links to third-party websites, social networks, app stores, payment systems or content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Please review their own policies before providing data to them.

14. Changes to this Policy We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted in the Application or on the website, unless another effective date is stated. Continued use of the Application after publication of the updated Policy means that you have reviewed the updated terms.

15. Governing law This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any issues not regulated by this Policy are governed by applicable Armenian law.
